A 26-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Derle brings elite technical and supervisory expertise from a career in aircraft maintenance to the Home Inspection industry. He successfully launched a home repair business in South Tampa by applying his rapid grasp of complex mechanical systems. Capitalizing on the booming housing market, he pivoted to focus on providing in-depth home inspections to empower buyers. Derle further elevates his service with an FAA Part 107 Drone Operator License, allowing him to conduct more in-depth, high-access inspections for his clients.
