After completing a 26-year career in the U.S. Army as an aircraft maintainer and supervisor, Derle followed a desire to enter the home repair and inspection market.  With an ability to easily grasp complex mechanical and technical systems gained from his military career, he started a home repair business that quickly exceeded his expectations in the South Tampa market.  Seeing the Tampa housing market booming in sales and new builds, he refocused his efforts on inspections to help others better understand the home they are purchasing.  Additionally, his ability to solve problems and connection to aviation sparked his interest in drones and enabled him to easily complete the training and testing to obtain his FAA Part 107 Small UAS Certification (Drone Operator).  Adding this option to his inspections allows him to better serve his clients and perform the most in-depth inspections possible.
