MOLD SPORE/ AIR TESTING
Utilizing a calibrated Zenon air pump and Air-O-Cell Sampling Cassettes, air is drawn through the cassette capturing airborne mold spores emanating from unseen mold sources if present. Additionally, any visible mold is sampled using a combination of swabs or collection tapes. All samples are tested locally and reports are delivered by email within 24hrs.
Remote Controlled Drone w/4K Video
Enables the inspection of roofs that cannot be accessed due to height, dangerous material type (slate, clay, wood shake, metal, etc) or conditions that endanger an inspector. This image is from an altitude of only 70 feet in South Tampa.
Thermal Imaging (FLIR)
Forward Looking Infrared Camera- utilizes thermal imaging to detect temperature differences on surfaces of walls and critical components increasing detection of air and water leaks, overloaded electrical breakers or appliances, and many more. This picture shows a ceiling with no insulation and how the attic heat radiates inside a home with surface temperature visible in center of photo.
Borescope Camera
Allows a view into walls, cavities, and appliances, when accessible, via a tiny wand camera to identify issues with wiring, structure, HVAC, mold, etc. This pic is during an inspection inside a sealed cabinet with an inaccessible, small kitchen water heater.
GAS LEAK DETECTOR
Combustible Leak Detector is used to identify potentially hazardous combustible gas leaks. Leaks can easily result from poor connections, fittings, seals and inadequate welds creating dangerous gas leaks that can be life threatening.
